0-4 min Max reps Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
4-5 min REST
5-9 min Max reps Pull Ups
9-10 min REST
10-14 min Max reps squat cleans (135/95)
14-15 min REST
15-22 min Max 200m runs
22-23 min REST
23-25 min Max Slam balls
*one person works at a time*

Then potluck at 2:30!!!
