Love Letter – 28 Day Whole Life Challenge

The wait is OVER!

The challenge you have been waiting for is the 28 Day Whole Life Challenge!

I can’t express how excited I am about this challenge. This challenge 100% ties to our overall vision statement which states, “To be the greatest and most influential gym”. How do we become that? By helping you with these (4) habits: fitness, sleep, nutrition and mindset. 

This challenge is open to everyone associated with our gym so this includes YOU. I highly, highly, highly encourage you to take part with this challenge and give it your best effort. Your life might not change within the next 28 days but I guarantee you that if these habits become part of you after the 28 days, you will see your life change. 

Make sure to take part of this challenge and the best part about it, you won’t be doing it alone.

Here are some details about the challenge. Next week on Wednesday I will go in more depth and provide tips about fitness, nutrition, sleep and mindset before the challenge begins. 

28-Day Whole Life Challenge


Dates :

Monday, September 28th – Sunday, October 25th


Purpose :

To build strong habits in a structured manner to improve your whole life in a simple but profoundly effective method


Details:


Each day, for 28 days, there will be 4 solid tasks to accomplish that highlight sleep, nutrition, movement and mindfulness
The more compliant you are, the more points you receive.
Prizes will be awarded to the top scoring athletes (1 grand prize and 4 smaller prizes). The grand prize will be either a pair of Reebok Nanos or No Bulls. If there are multiple winners, we will then have a drawing for the winner. The (4) smaller prizes will be based on the individuals who score the highest in each category. 

The way you score is based on the color you achieve for the day. You can check off green, yellow or red for that day pertaining to each category. 


The 28-Day Whole Life Challenge tasks and tracker sheets are attached. We encourage you to print these sheets and post somewhere you will see often, such as, your fridge or bathroom mirror.

Again print these out and put them on your fridge or bathroom. We will also have some at the gym prior to the challenge starting. There are links within the challenge for mindset and those links will be provided the day prior.
