I heard this quote listening to a Podcast and I thought it was perfect!
I absolutely LOVE CrossFit. I absolutely BELIEVE in the CrossFit methodology. I 100% know it can help anyone with their health and fitness.
What I also know is that CrossFit never intended to be the only thing in your life. CrossFit makes it clear that it is a base to support your life. CrossFit states, “Regularly learn and play new sports”, when it defined fitness in 100 words.
If you only find yourself doing CrossFit and that’s it, I encourage you to get out of the gym. Go be adventurous. Go on a hike or walk or run or play a sport or swim or do Martial Arts or trips with friends or explore your city or anything else you can think of.
Seek enjoyment out of the gym with your fitness.
