/var/www/html/wp-content/themes/Divi/single.php Love Letter - I Completely Get It | CrossFit Be Someone

I’m an entrepreneur of a gym. I am a full-time coach. I study this profession every day. Every day I am around health and fitness so this is a top priority to me. This is how I am able to provide for my daughter and for myself. I also enjoy working out consistently and I enjoy my prepped meals. Again this is a top priority in my life and I completely understand if it’s not a top priority in your life.

We are all in different circumstances. Some of y’all are in the same boat as I am with health and fitness being a top priority. For some of y’all it’s in your top 5 or top 10 of priorities. There are also some who don’t have their health and fitness in their top 10 and I am here to tell you that is perfectly ok. Health and fitness do not have to be in your top 10 to come to the gym.

That is why we as coaches are here for you. We are here to help you build a healthy and fit life. We are here to constantly remind you how important this is in your life and to show you how much you have progressed. We as staff understand that not everyone wakes up motivated for the gym, so we do everything we can to motivate you. We want to help you continue to improve each day by 1% and build a solid foundation.

For 12 years my teachers had to remind me of how important getting my education was. I didn’t want to go to school but every day I showed up and exposed myself to my teachers, I didn’t realize that it was helping me. Just showing up helps even when you think it doesn’t. And as you continue to show up something magical happens, you see positive results.┬áThe positive results that I received were my transformation of how I view education now. Now I am consistently looking for ways to educate myself when before I was looking for ways to avoid it.

So I completely understand if this is not a top priority for you, it does not have to be. But if you expose yourself enough, you will see your life change in a very positive way.

Respectfully,

Josh Melendez
