The reality is that we live in a SICK world.
Our world is filled with sick people. The stats are out there. The number of people who live with one or multiple chronic diseases is unreal. The number of people who have a pre-chronic disease is even higher.
Even after a world pandemic that literally shut the whole world down, people continue to live the same way pre-Covid even though we saw that most of the people who passed from Covid, had one or multiple chronic diseases diagnosed already.
It’s easy to get lost and look at the world in a micro standpoint if you are consistently coming to the gym. You see many individuals around you focusing on their health and fitness that you think that is the norm.
But unfortunately, it’s not. You find yourself thinking that most people go to the gym consistently, drink their water, eat their vegetable and go to bed at a decent time. They’re not.
Your coaches consistently speak to you about your fitness, nutrition, sleep and stress because we recognize how quickly it can go. We make it a point to keep these things in the front of your mind because it’s your health. It’s your life.
The moment we get lazy with our message, is the moment we allow you to behave like the rest of the world.
And we don’t want that for you. We don’t want you to be part of the statistics out there regarding people who are living with chronic diseases and not doing anything about it.
And as a side note, be proud of yourself for taking care of yourself.
