Yes, literally you are saving your life.
There is a topic we don’t like to talk about because we don’t like to think about it. The topic I’m referring to is death. Why has COVID-19 completely changed our world? Why are people still required to wear mask? Why are people still not comfortable stepping out of their home? Because what COVID-19 reminded us was how quickly we can leave this world. It’s a terrifying thing and we heard how fast it happened to so many people in this world.
Here is the good news, individuals who focus on their fitness consistently are saving their life. Individuals who are focusing on their nutrition are saving their life. The individuals who are focusing on their overall lifestyle are saving their life. How? By simply giving their body a great chance to fight sickness and by creating a hedge on their life.
We only get once chance to live in this world. Continue to make health and fitness a priority in your life. By doing so, you are continuing to save your life.
