I have a second degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and have been practicing various martial arts for 12 years. I found a CrossFit box by accident and haven’t looked back since. The sport of CrossFit is so diverse and promotes so much variety that there is always something to work on. You never get bored, and that is why I keep coming back. I love coaching and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Seeing an athlete’s growth within these realms is a really amazing opportunity that I don’t take for granted.
