Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads, and grandparents alike.

Fundamental Program

Mandatory onboarding program for beginner and experienced athletes. Please note, the programs do differentiate.

Personal Training

Working with one of our expert personal trainers provides the instruction, support, and accountability that you need to stay on track and meet your strength and conditioning goals.

Nutrition Program

Come work with expert Nutrition coaches who will help you create a sustainable lifestyle.

Online Personal Training

Our online personal training services are perfect if you need the accountability to reach your goals. We will provide custom workouts that match your fitness levels and goals. We will provide 24 hours messaging with your online coach to guide you and keep you accountable. We will provide you video tutorials of movements to ensure you know how to do them.

Hot HIIT

A functional fitness class that combines elements of yoga and interval training set to fun, energetic music in a heated room. A yoga-style warm-up transition into challenging high-intensity intervals of cardio with whole-body strength training using free weights and resistance bands ending with yoga stretches to cool down.

Corporate Wellness

CrossFit Be Someone is pleased to offer Corporate Wellness at our gym. We know the importance of great teamwork, great morale, and accomplishing goals. Our Corporate Wellness program is designed to ensure that we are building great teams not just great individuals. Through our Corporate Wellness program, each employee of your company will learn the basics of CrossFit and Nutrition.
