In a few weeks the largest competition world wide will take place.
I am referring to the CrossFit Games Open!
Majority, if not all, CrossFit gyms world wide come together and participate in this competition. It is a test of our fitness and to see where we rank world wide.
If you have never done the CrossFit Open, I highly encourage you to sign up for it. If you have done it in the past, you know how fun and challenging it is.
