Your onboarding program consist of (3) one on one Personal Training sessions that are 30-minutes each. These sessions will help you feel ready and more confident to join our group CrossFit classes.
In each session, a professional coach will teach and demonstrate movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the teaching portion of the session, you will participate in a CrossFit workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
It's for anyone. If you have never done CrossFit, it's a great place to start. You'll quickly recognize that you are very capable to do CrossFit workouts and they can be scaled to meet you where you currently are in your fitness journey. This program is also great for anyone who has CrossFit experience. If you have stopped doing CrossFit and are looking to get back in but know that you need to start slow, the onboarding program is a great way to ease back into it.
