Coaching Moment: Save on your CrossFit membership!

I wanted to let you know that CrossFit Headquarters and CrossFit Be Someone have teamed up with a company called TrueMed.

With TrueMed, you can use your HSA or FSA account to save money on your CrossFit Be Someone membership (group membership, personal training and/or nutrition coaching)

Here’s how it works …

-Click on the specific link for CrossFit Be Someone memberships: https://app.truemed.com/crossfit/qualify/tm_qual_y9bxwne8u1

-Complete a 2-minute evaluation asking about current medical conditions, conditions you wish to prevent and anything in your family history.

-Pay $30 for the approval letter. (If you are not approved, you will be refunded.)

-Receive your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

-Submit your LMN to your insurance provider along with CrossFit Be Someone receipts (if necessary) to receive reimbursement from your HSA/FSA account. You can do this monthly or annually.

On average you will receive 30% of tax free savings.

If you don’t have an HSA or FSA account, open enrollment for health insurance is usually in October/November and you can talk to Human Resources representative at work about possibly adding it. If you have any questions regarding your HSA or FSA please address them with your employer or benefit provider.

If you would like to learn more about HSA, click here: https://www.healthcare.gov/hig.../hdhp-hsa-work-together/....

If you have any questions, please ask and I'll do my best to find the answer for you.

Respectfully,

Josh Melendez
