What's not wrong with your life?
Take a moment to think about that question. You might have to read it slow or re-read it so you can completely process it. It sounds weird, it's a double negative, it sounds different but it makes you think.
At my Improv class this Monday, our instructor had us ask each other this question. And when you got an answer, you immediately ask them again. This happened for about 2 minutes. Afterwards he spoke how we are so use to only asking each other "How are you doing?" and the natural answer is "Good".
We fail to realize how much good we actually to have in our life because that answer we give is just something we have come to say as a culture.
I want you to take a few seconds and ask yourself, "What's not wrong with my life?"
Your answers can quickly become I have a roof over my head, I have warm water for my showers, I have my limbs, I have health, I have a car and so on. Ask yourself this question and realize how good you have it.
