Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management and Connection.
If you are able to optimize these (5) factors, then you will be able to optimize your health.
Real talk, it's possible. You just need to make yourself aware on what you are currently prioritizing in your life.
You can find 30-60 minutes 5x a week to do some movement. You can ensure your meal is mostly whole food, and your plate has vegetables on it. You can turn off the TV or laptop or put the phone away 30 minutes or an hour earlier to get more sleep. You can practice gratitude or write in a journal or meditate or pray to help you with managing your stress. You can call someone and have a conversation instead of hitting the like button on their pictures. (You know how many times I hear people say, "I hate talking on the phone, just text me". So you hate talking to people? That's how you connect y'all if you're not able to see them in person!)
Making these (5) factors a priority in your life does not mean you are going to have to make a complete overhaul in your life. Start by focusing on one. Then two. Then three. Then four. And then all five. From there you can start to tinker with ways to make each of them better.
Why should this matter to you? Because this will help you optimize your health. In other words, this will help you optimize your life.
And incase you didn't realize it, you only get to live once in this world so why not be the greatest version of yourself?
