I’ll be damned if I’m not able to walk my daughter down the aisle when she gets married.
I’ll be damned if I’m not able to tour a city with Jocelyn when we are in our 60s or 70s.
I’ll be damned if I’m not able to play with my grandkids in the pool.
I’ll be damned if I’m not able to squat, deadlift or press 30 years from now.
I will not let myself lose functionality. I will not let myself lose all of my muscle mass. I will not let myself lose all of my flexibility. I will not let myself lose my ability to live my life.
What I do today for myself will affect my future so I better make sure I move. I better make sure I’m doing my CrossFit workouts consistently.
Because if I don’t, then I’ll for sure be damned.
