The holiday seasons is great because we get to spend more time with our friends and family. Holiday season, for many people, puts you in high spirits.
I urge you to not wait until holiday season to connect with your friends and family. Create these moments through out the year. You may not gather with them the way you do now, but you can always call or text.
Being around people you love and care for makes us happy. So expose yourself to them more by connecting more frequently. I’m a big fan of scheduling your days, so schedule in phone calls if you need to. Schedule in lunch meet ups or dinner meet ups.
