Do I have to attend the beginners course?

It is highly recommended to participate in our 8 day beginners course before attending any of our regular classes if you have never done Crossfit before.

Do I have to be in shape before doing Crossfit?

The best way to get in shape for Crossfit is by doing Crossfit. There are many ways we can scale a workout in order to fit your capacity at the moment.
