Coaching Moment: Valuing yourself is taking care of yourself

At CrossFit Be Someone, our vision is to help people value their life.

We don't want you to feel like you have to go to the gym. Instead we want you to feel like you want to go to the gym. We want you to feel excited about improving your physical fitness and to not make it a chore.

We do this by purposely creating a culture of humble, hungry and people smart individuals. We do this by keeping our members accountable to their goals, helping build confidence and making fitness as fun as possible.

Your environment dictates your outcome. It can literally dictate your future. If we are able to create an environment that leads to people feeling healthy and happy then we are meeting our mission. This then leads to you reaching your health and fitness goals.

This circles back to our vision. If you feel happy, healthy and see yourself reaching and obtaining goals you once saw as impossible, this leads to you having a greater relationship with yourself. And at the end of the day, that is the most important relationship you can have.  

Valuing yourself is taking care of yourself. Taking care of the relationship you have with yourself and doing the best things possible to keep yourself happy and healthy.
