You’ve probably heard it before but I’m going to say it again:
Your nutrition is VERY important to your performance at the gym. You can do (100) burpees every single day, do your back squats, go for runs but if you eat high processed carbohydrates as your fuel, it will be very hard to see improvement in your overall performance. You need to fuel for exercise not body fat. You need measured carbs, fats and protein.
If performance is really important to you, your quantity matters a lot.
