Here is the secret:
- Workout 4-6x a week. Doing constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity under the watchful eye of a coach leads to results.
- Eat real food, right amount. Eat meat (protein) and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that support exercise not body fat.
That's it. Do the basic well and doing it consistently. Not once in a while or just during summer season. This is a lifestyle that is repeated daily.
